I love this dog park, there is a small dog park and a large dog park. This is an off leash only dog park, it is not a good idea to take your leashed dog into the dog park as dogs on a leash feel more aggressive around other dogs. Enter the holding area, remember to close the gate and remove your dogs leash then open the next gate to the dog park and let the fun begin!

The dog park is located on Edwards on the right hand side just before Slater if you are going north, turn right on Inlet drive, immediate right into the parking lot, the dog park is at the end of the parking area. Hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and weekends 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

A wonderful place to eat with your dog next to the lake in Huntington Beach central park, not to far from the dog park. There are lots of ducks and geese along with the occasional rabbit. They have take out food or you can have service, it's a relaxed atmosphere. They have great baked goods, the bread for sandwiches and hot dog buns is home made. The prices are very reasonable.

Hurry and visit while you can, don't miss them before they go. The city is shutting them down in favor of a new Bistro. They will be closed as of labor day 2010

A wonderful 2 mile stretch of beach where your dog is welcome to play in the sand or surf.  It's located along Pacific Coast Highway between Seapoint Street and Golden West Street. Parking is metered, you will need to bring quarters (it is 6 quarters per hour) unless you have an annual parking pass. The dog beach is not a city beach, it is 100% donation supported, donations can be made at the dog beach or on their web site.

Pacific Shores is an apartment complex on Warner near Beach Blvd. There is plenty of guest parking, lots of trees and plants for a nice scenic walk with your dog through the complex. Renters may have up to 2 dogs per apartment, there are no weight restrictions but there are breed restrictions, please see their web site for details.

I love this vet, they are a husband and wife team with great service and they really care about animals. This is a small veterinary office rather than a large clinic where your pet is just a number, they know my pets names. You can also go into the exam room with your pet.

This is an excellent rescue for Boston Terriers, dogs that are released by their owners or rescued from the pound to save them from euthanasia live in foster homes rather than kennels until a permanent loving home can be found.  If you would like to adopt a Boston Terrier or are wondering if a Boston Terrier is the right dog for you please contact them.

This is a no kill animal shelter, owners may drop off their dog or cat and know that their pet will be treated humanely and will not be killed. Every pet that is adopted opens a space for a new dog or cat who needs help. I love this place and they always need donations, I take all extra pet supplies that my clients no longer need or want and donate them here. They are happy to get dog or cat food, leashes, litter boxes, any pet supplies that are in good condition.

You can take your dog to breakfast or lunch here, in addition to people food, they serve meals for dogs. My puppy Bailey loves the chicken. They have the absolute best blueberry pancakes for breakfast and I love their  monte cristo for lunch. They have a wide selection for breakfast and lunch items including low fat and vegetarian. They are located in the park at Goldenwest and Slater if you are coming from the PCH going north on Goldenwest they will be on your right side just before Slater - they are closed Monday and Tuesday.
